• If you have a free or pay site you must concentrate on Red Head content.
• If you have an amateur site, the feature personality of the site must be a Red Head.
• If you have a link site it must contain links to Red Head content sites only.

HOW THE LIST WORKS

Certified Red Head's listing are ranked by traffic sent in.  Although we do not show the ins/out, the list is accurate at all times as to how much traffic you have sent in.  The feature thumbnail spots go the sites that send in the most traffic and promote Certified Red Heads the most.   Thumbnail spots are also available for purchase by inquiring here.  All banner spots are paid banner ads and are available for purchase.  You can obtain advertising information by inquiring here.

LINKING REQUIREMENTS

Ok, we know you are tired of the old "you must place button our graphic on you main page" routine.  We personally feel that you know where your best spots are on your site and are responsible enough to post our link in the place you think it will do best.  Because the list is ranked, obviously the less traffic you send in the lower you listing will be placed..  All we ask is that you do your best to promote Certified Red Headss, and be fair!

PLEASE REVIEW OUR BASIC EXPECTATIONS & RULES

• You must use the linking code provided.  Not doing so will result in your listing on getting credit for the traffic you have sent in.
• Your site must not contain more than 2 exit popup consoles. If you are going to keep your traffic captive, then we don't need to send you prisoners. 
• If your account is in-active for 7 days, it will be deleted from the system.
• You must have a valid e-mail address; If we attempt to contact you on any issue and do not receive a reply e-mail within 48 hours, we will attempt to contact you again. If our e-mail is left unanswered a second time, we reserve the right to delete your account from the system.
• Do not cheat us or the surfers, including blind links,  if you do, your account will be deleted.
• We have the right to terminate you account for any reason at anytime without notification.
